1. How come I have not received my order confirmation?

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirming your order. All items are shipped within 24-36 hours except on holidays. After your items have been shipped you will email you the confirmation number.

2. How do back orders work?

A Back Order is an item that is currently out of stock and is in the process of being replenished Customers with a back order get their items shipped as soon as the product becomes available. We will give you an estimated time that the item will be ready for shipment.

3. Do I have to pay tax, duties, and/or customs?

Only provinces and territories within Canada are charged the appropriate Government Sales Tax. The Harmonized Sales Tax of 13% applies to all orders within Ontario.

Orders within Canada are not subject to any customs or duties. Orders outside of Canada are not subject to any taxes however may be subject to any appropriate customs and duties as per their Customs and Border Control.
