Refunds & Exchanges
All products at Lovely Wedding Details are inspected and reviewed to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to shipping. They are constructed with quality fabrics and materials so we are able to offer 100% manufacturer defect guarantee. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your product.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of order receipt. Please contact us prior to returning the items to confirm appropriate instructions. The item must be in its original packaging and not tampered with. Restocking fees may apply to large orders, such as place card holders. All refunds are based on the purchase price and shipping fees are non refundable. The customer is required to ship the item back at their own expense and upon receipt we will issue the refund.
In the event your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us to confirm appropriate instructions. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of order receipt. The item must be in its original packaging and shipped back at the customers own expense for purchase replacement.
Exceptions
In regards to Custom Invitations and Thank You cards, if you are not happy with your custom design you may ask for a refund for the full amount of your order less 25% prior to the order being sent to the printers. Once you have given approval for your order to be sent to print there are no refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to ensure everything in the final print proof is to your liking. Any revisions done after the final proof approval will at your expense in its entirety. All designs created by Lovely Wedding Details belong to Lovely Wedding Details and can not be copied, replicated or reproduced in any way and are property of Lovely Wedding Details until such time that commitment and payment is made to print.
Please Note:
The following return policy applies to all orders.
- Please contact us prior to shipping any item back for an exchange or refund
- Any item shipped back must contain all original items and packaging
- The cost of shipping back to Lovely Wedding Details is with the customer including any import taxes that would apply for customers outside of Canada. In the event we are replacing a damaged product will cover the expense of shipping the replacement product back to you.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the items are properly packaged and insured against loss. We cannot take responsibility for lost items or goods damaged in transit to us.
- All items being sent back for returns or exchange from outside Canada must be clearly indicated/declared as return/exchange otherwise customs and taxes will apply and we will refuse the delivery of the item.
